Manage Purposes, Problem Types, And Budget Codes

ML Work Orders™ Users with Administrative Permissions have the ability to Manage Purposes, Problem Types, And Budget Codes

 

Manage Purposes (Optional):

 

1. Select Settings > Setup Items > Manage Purposes.

 

The Manage My Purposes page will be displayed.

 

2. Select the () Plus Icon to add a new Purpose.

 

 

3. Enter the Purpose name, select the Purpose Request Type, and select the Save button.

 

 

Examples of Purposes:

Event Setup
General Maintenance
General Grounds
Preventative Maintenance
Vandalism
Repair
Other
Safety
Supplies / Warehouse
Pickup / Delivery

 

4. Repeat Steps 1-3 for any new Purposes.

Manage Problem Types:

 

1. Select Settings > Setup Items > Manage Problem Types.

 

The Manage Trades page will be displayed. 

 

 

 

2. Select the () Plus Icon to add a new Trade.

 

 

 

3. Select the Purpose of the Problem Type. Once the purpose is selected on the Work Order Request form the following Problem Type will then be displayed.

 

3A. Enter the name of the Problem Type, select the Type (Maintenance of IT), and select the Save button.

4. Repeat Steps 1-3 for any new Trades.

Manage Budget Codes:

 

1. Select Settings > Setup Items > Manage Budget Codes

 

The Manage Budget Codes page will be displayed. 

 

 

3. Enter the Budget Code name, description, Budget Code Request Type, and select the Save button.

 

4. Repeat Steps 1-3 for any new Budget Codes.

If you need to Activate an old Budget code from the main screen, select the following icon ()
