Customizable prompt for Urgent Work Orders

Admins inside of MLW will have the ability to create a text prompt to display anytime a user requests an urgent Work Order. In order to create the text prompt, the Admin will need the Manage Site Settings permission.

Enabling this Feature

1.  Select Settings > Setup Items > General Settings. 

2. Click the "Work Order Tab"

3. Scroll down to "Urgent Priority Message."

When creating a work order, and if the Priority is Urgent the existing text will then display a confirmation modal with text. If users click OK the work order will be created. If they cancel the prompt they can edit the work order before submitting it.
