Service Level Agreements: We've introduced comprehensive SLA functionality that allows site administrators to create, assign, and monitor service level agreements for requests. The system automatically assigns SLAs based on request criteria, provides real-time tracking with color-coded indicators, and sends breach notifications. This ensures consistent service delivery and improves accountability across operations.
Two-Way MDM Integration: Our MDM integrations with Google Device Manager and JAMF Pro and JAMF School now support bidirectional synchronization. When asset statuses change in MLW (Lost, Stolen, Available), the system automatically updates corresponding device statuses in the MDM platform. Building changes trigger organizational unit updates, creating true synchronization between systems and reducing manual device management tasks.
OneRoster SIS Integration: We've added integration with Student Information Systems using the OneRoster protocol. This feature enables automatic user provisioning by syncing student, teacher, and administrator data including names, roles, and building assignments from district SIS systems.
Bulk User Inactivation: Administrators can now bulk inactivate multiple user accounts using an enhanced user grid with filtering and selection capabilities. The new "Last Login" column helps identify inactive users, while confirmation prompts ensure safe bulk operations. This feature streamlines user management for districts and improves security by making it easier to deactivate unused accounts.
Enhanced Mass Asset Updates with Notes: Users can now add notes when performing bulk asset updates. The new notes field includes a rich text editor and allows administrators to document maintenance activities, work performed, or other relevant information during mass update operations. This improvement enhances record-keeping and provides better audit trails for asset management activities.
Enhanced Barcode Scannar Modal: The barcode scanner icon now displays a modal showing all records when multiple objects share the same barcode, making it easier to select the correct item.
Check-Out Process Reminders: Added reminders for checked-out and passed due items to ensure timely returns.
Dashboard Filter Enhancements: Dashboard page filters now include "Status" as an option and maintain filter settings for the current session, improving navigation efficiency.
Request Category Deletion Protection: Users now receive prompt messages when attempting to delete request categories that are associated with Auto Assign and/or Auto Notify rules.
Saved Filters on Summary Dashboard: Users can now save their applied filters on the Request Summary Dashboard, increasing efficiency by allowing them to return to views that are most applicable for their situation.
District Settings Change Log: Admin can now see a log of all changes made across the product. This improves audit capabilities and ensures accountability.
Updated Issue Detail Page: Redesigned the Issue Detail page to match the look and feel of the User Detail page for consistent user experience across the platform.
PM Name in Work Order Emails: Preventative Maintenance names are now included in work order assignment email notifications for better context and communication.
Cleaner Dashboard Charts: Removed subtotal values from Stack Bar and Column Charts in MLW Dashboards for improved readability and cleaner visual presentation.
