Most General Request Settings moved to Request Type Level
We have moved most of the general request settings to the request type level so individual departments can have more autonomy on their specific workflows.
The following settings have been moved from Setting > Setup Items > General Settings > Request Tab TO Settings > Manage Request Types > Edit (Pencil Icon).

Intune Device Integration
We can now integrate with your Intune device management platform so you can begin to track requests and check out the history on those devices.
Some Quick Facts:
- This is a one-way sync into ML Work Orders. We are not currently updating information in Intune.
- Nightly Data Refreshes, So you don't have to worry about stale data.

Combined Notes Updated and Complete Request Emails into one email
Due to popular demand in our idea portal, now when notes are required when completing a request, we are sending 1 email out when the request is completed.
The Complete email is the only email that will go out in this case and will include the latest note added when completing the request.
Teams are now added to Preventative Maintenance (PMs)
You can now leverage the team assignment capabilities when setting up your PMs.

Automated Reminder Notes can now be configured by Priority.
In our Manage Request Status page, you can now configure automated notes to be sent by priority of a request.
This update allows you to now setup custom reminders for urgent requests, as well as setting up custom reminders by each specific status.

You can now customize your auto-notifications to include priority as an additional criteria.
This update allows you to ensure key stakeholders can be notified of urgent requests immediately so they can stay up to date on progress.
