Asset Check-Out/In Updates

- Streamlined Component Check-Out/In: Users can now easily check out and check in linked component assets along with the main asset in a single scan. This feature simplifies the process of managing multiple assets simultaneously, saving time and reducing manual entry.

Improved Asset Status Tracking: When checking out assets, users can now mark them as "Lost" or "Stolen" directly from the check-out screen. This helps keep accurate records of asset status and improves asset management, ensuring that asset statuses are reflected accurately across the system.

Quick Navigation Between Records: We’ve added “Previous” and “Next” buttons at the top left of the page for requests (work orders), assets, and inventory items. This update makes it easier for users to navigate between different records, allowing for faster updates and smoother data management.

Mass Update Team Assignments to Requests: You can now mass assign teams to multiple requests at once, streamlining task management and improving efficiency when dealing with a high volume of work orders.
Mass Update Notes: It is now possible to bulk update notes for requests. Add a single note to multiple requests in one go—ideal for sharing important information or instructions across multiple tickets

Centralized Charges Overview: Following the introduction of charges in our previous release, we’re excited to roll out the New Charges Report. This report provides a consolidated view of all charges associated with work orders, making it easier to track and manage costs.

Dashboard Filtering Update

Optimized Filtering: To make the most of your dashboard’s space, we’ve redesigned the filtering process. Filters will now appear as a pop-up on the left side of the dashboard, allowing you to apply filters without cluttering the screen and giving you more room for widgets.
