A revamped view of your work order with a cleaner format, putting more attention on the important information in a work order.
New Dashboard Page
A new dashboard view for Administrators and Requestors for viewing work orders. Administrators will see total Work Orders Submitted, Open, Open Work Orders, and Work Orders assigned to them, Pending their approval. Requestors will see the Work Orders they submitted and their Open Work Orders.

New Walkthrough Mode
Work Orders now offers a walkthrough mode that can be enabled on each request type. This Walkthrough mode allows you to customize a step-by-step process for submitting a work order.
This new step-by-step process will allow you to apply custom fields for each unique path for work order submission so you can ensure only the important questions are being asked in a work order for the issue at hand!

Ability to Create Teams and Assign Teams to Work Orders
Now in ML Work Orders, you can create and Assign Teams to Work Orders!
You can now create teams for Custodial work, Pest Control issues, or teams for software application setup, or a team for handling Student Information System inquiries (the list goes on and on!).
Those teams can now be assigned work orders via our auto assignments, or manually. In addition, we made Teams available to be configured in Auto Notifications!

Ability to Auto-Close Work Orders Due to Inactivity
Inactive tickets can clutter the system and make it harder to prioritize active, high-priority tasks. Closing inactive tickets ensures teams can focus on open tickets that still require attention.
Sometimes users abandon tickets when they solve the issue themselves or open new, redundant tickets.
Closing inactive tickets helps avoid confusion and duplicates.

Asset Updates
New Mosyle Integration
ML Work Orders Mosyle Integration makes it easy to sync Apple device data into ML Work Orders, so IT teams can seamlessly manage and begin to track work order history on their Apple devices.
Some Quick Facts:
- This is a one-way sync into ML Work Orders. We are not currently updating information in Mosyle.
- Nightly Data Refreshes, So you don't have to worry about stale data.
