Ability to Merge Work Orders

Admins can easily centralize work order communication into a single work order for all redundant, duplicative work orders.

Merging work orders to an existing work order will allow you to let all necessary parties know via email about the merge. 

In addition, when a merge happens, a note is required so the context for the merge can be documented for all necessary parties.

Ability to Create and Manage Canned Responses

What are canned responses? Canned responses are predetermined responses to common questions. Canned Responses are essentially saved responses that you can reference and enter as notes on a work order. The goal is to reduce data entry time in the product, giving you more time back in the field.

Approvals Path Steps are now being tracked on the Work Order History Tab

In the past, we did not display WHO approved what step in the approval path, and WHEN that action happened. This made it frustrating for customers (and us) to answer that question. Now, with this update, troubleshooting work order approvals will be an easier experience for all!

New Asset Integration - Jamf School!

ML Work Orders Jamf School Integration makes it easy to sync Apple device data into ML Work Orders, so IT teams can seamlessly manage and begin to track work order history on their Apple devices. 

Some Quick Facts:

1. This is a one-way sync into ML Work Orders. We are not currently updating information in Jamf School.
2. Nightly Data Refreshes,  So you don't have to worry about stale data.

Field Mapping Tab:

Customize how you would like to name your devices in ML Work Orders

Location Mapping Tab:

See all Jamf School locations listed automatically and begin to map each Jamf location to a ML Work Order Location (Building + Space)

Sync Data Tab:

Begin syncing over your device data via your smart and static groups!

Jamf School Field Display:

In addition, we are displaying the remaining Jamf School fields in the program via an Apple icon () on our View All Assets Page and our Asset Detail page.

Check-Out Assets Page Updates

We have made some improvements to enhance the efficiency of checking out devices on our Check-Out Assets page!

• You now can barcode scan in the user you are checking out the device to. The barcode scan will reference the "External ID" field on a user. If you'd like to bulk update that field with barcode IDs for your staff/students, please reach out to our support team!
• You can create a user on-the-fly while checking out a device.
• You can now check-out a device to a non-user account on the check-out assets page.
  
• Both the Due Date field and Send Confirmation email checkbox will remember the last value selected to reduce redundant clicks with each check-out.

New Setting to Hide "Log In with Google" Button

You guys asked, and we listened! This was/is a highly voted-on idea in our idea portal. So we made sure to prioritize this feature. If you're not using Google SSO, we completely understand the confusion showing that button can cause for your staff members!

The new setting to handle this is located in Settings -> Setup Items ->General Settings -> General Tab

Inventory Updates

New setting to enable "Requested Completion Date" on the inventory request form

This new setting will turn on this new field on the submit inventory request form and can enable inventory admins to prioritize which inventory requests to work on.

The new setting to handle this is located in Settings -> Setup Items ->General Settings -> Inventory Tab

"Delivery Building" will now display on the History Tab for Inventory Items

This additional column will give inventory admins additional context to know where each inventory item went when reviewing the inventory items history.

The Delivery Building column will only populate field information for related Work Orders and Inventory Requests
