New Google Device Integration
ML Work Orders Google Device Integration makes it easy to sync all organization Google device data into ML Work Orders, so IT teams can seamlessly manage their Google devices.
This integration includes the following:
-
Field Mapping - We allow for the AssetID, User, Location and Notes Google device custom field to be mapped to a select listing of ML Work Order Fields
- This mapping can be beneficial if for example, the assigned user on a device can change frequently in the Google admin console and you want ML Work Orders to stay up to date with those changes, or if you are looking to leverage the AssetID in fields like Asset Name and/or Barcode!
-
Status Mapping - This tab will allow you to map any Google device status options to our MLW Status options. This tab will also allow for you to indicate, based on status, when a Google Device in ML Work Orders should be marked as Inactive in the program.
- This way, when you update Google device statuses in your Google admin console, you don't need to perform this same action in MLW.
-
Daily Data Refreshes - So you dont have to worry about manually keeping data in sync.
- In the off chance you need to force a sync, we allow this as well!
-
Google Device Field Display - In addition to mapping the Google Device custom fields, we are also displaying the remaining google device field in the program via a google icon () on our View All Assets Page and our Asset Detail page.
