Asset Updates
Ability to Audit Assets
Audits in MLW will allow you to verify the location of Assets and easily update the location information of those assets so that asset location information is more easily maintained.
This update includes a "Manage Audits" page within the Assets parent menu so you can have a listing page for all audits.
In Addition, Assets that are apart of an audit will now include an "Audits" Tab so you can easily review audit history per asset.

View All Assets Update
We have optimized the View All Assets page to perform better for searching/finding assets to take action on. This field has limited columns to display and search on:
- Asset Display Name, Building, Space, Asset Type, Make, Model, Serial, Asset Status, Sub System, System, Assigned Users, Barcode, Google Device ID, Active
- All Custom Fields
View all Assets (All Fields) is the prior page that contains all available fields to search/filter on. All saved filters are retained on this page. That page can still be found within the Assets menu.

Checked Out Asset Updates
To create safeguards to ensure checked-out Assets are not getting important fields changed, we have made the following Updates
- When an Asset is Checked-Out, both the Assigned User and Status fields will become read-only (Not Editable)
- When An Asset has an existing Assigned User and is about to be checked out, we will display a confirmation prompt letting you know the assigned user field will update to the user the asset is checked out to.
