MasterLibrary has released a way to get feedback directly from customers in a more efficient way. Customers can go to the idea portal and leave comments on features they would like to see. In addition, they can vote on ideas or subscribe to them. That way, if anyone leaves comments or the feature is moved down the pipeline, they will be notified.
Users can visit the ML Schedules idea portal here - https://mlworkorders.ideas.aha.io/
You will need to create an account with your email address.
Upon logging in, you will see an overview of the portal.
You can then click on ideas to see more information. In addition to this, clicking on the Orange Vote button will subscribe you to that idea. Then, any changes regarding that idea will email you so you'll be kept updated!
After clicking on an Idea, you can view additional details and vote. You can also leave a comment for other customers and our team at MasterLibrary to see.
- What happens when you vote on an Idea?
- The user voting on the idea will automatically become a subscriber. When this is done, they will get email notifications regarding that idea about status changes and comments.
When viewing an idea, there will be "related" ideas that use the same keywords or are in the same "Category" of ideas.
Here is a layout of an "Ideas" lifecycle. This will also break down which emails are received and when.
