Brand New User View Page

This brand new user view will provide more information at your fingers tips when it comes to being able to find work order history, currently assigned assets and asset checkout history for each user.

This new user view has four tabs that provide this information:

Roles Tab

• At a glance, you can see related roles, administrative permissions and reasons why you may not be able to inactive or delete a user.

Work Order Tab

• Easily toggle between Open and Closed Work Order submission history for the user, as well as All Work Orders submitted by the user.

Assets Tab

• Quickly add asset assignments to a user and perform various actions on the asset like, checking out or in, un-assigning asset and submitting a work order.

Checkout History Tab

• See the entire checkout history for assets assigned to the user you are viewing.

Inventory Updates

When receiving inventory, you are now able to have the unit price of the inventory item match the price per unit of the receiving order.

When submitting an inventory request you now have the option to add a description to add as much context as needed. This Description column is also available on "view inventory requests" page as selectable column for sorting and filtering!

Adding Multiple Users to a Labor Entry

When adding a labor entry from within the Work Order itself, you can now add multiple users in the user field. For example, if you select 2 users, and enter 2 hours in the labor entry form. The result would be an individual labor entry for each user, each entry with 2 hours of labor, totaling to 4 hours.
