Improvements to Overall User Experience

The Ability to Save Filters on Select Pages Throughout ML Work Orders

You will now have the option to save filter sets on select pages used throughout the product. Once a filter is saved, you can quickly apply that saved filter by selecting it in the Saved Filter drop down.

Note: If you happen to leave a page with a saved filter applied, for convenience, that previously applied saved filter will be present when you return to that page.

The following pages will have the new saved filters feature available:

• View All Asset Page
• View All Inventory Page
• My Work Orders Page
• My Open Assignments Page
• My Closed Assignments Page
• Open Work Orders Page
• Closed Work Orders Page
• Pending My Approval Page
• View All Work Orders Page

After applying a set of filters to the above mentioned pages, you can then save that filter under the Actions menu, making it accessible in the future.

After clicking "Add New Saved Filter" under the "Actions" drop down menu, you will then be prompted to name the new saved filter.

Once you save a filter, you will be able to access your saved filters via the saved filter drop down menu located on the top left of the page.

Consolidation of Inventory Request Pages

Previously in ML Work Orders, there were three different pages you had access to when viewing inventory requests. Those pages included:

• My Inventory Requests
• Open Inventory Requests
• Close Inventory Requests

These are now all consolidated into the "View Inventory Requests" Page.

Now that these pages are consolidate into one, there will be default filter sets that can be selected that will be the same filter sets that the prior three pages had. These filters, along with any filters you have saved (see new feature above), can be selected at any time to view that information.

Another addition to the View All Inventory Requests Page is under the Actions button. The "Request Inventory" button, as well as "Print PDF" are now located in this drop down menu.

New "Save/Add More Labor" Button on Labor Entry Page

When adding labor to work orders, there will be a new button to save and add more labor for that same individual, making it quicker to add more time and dates if needed. If there's only one instance of labor to be added, there is still the original save button to add that single instance.

Integrations

Integration with SAML

You now have the option to integrate your current Identity Provider with ML Work Orders so you can continue to login to your existing system, and then click the MasterLibrary product icon to authenticate.
