With the Can Delete Requests administrative permission, you can delete one request or multiple requests (using mass delete). You can also view deleted requests.
| Note: Requests with logged labor hours, files, or transactions cannot be deleted. |
To delete an individual request:
- Select Requests > View All Requests.
Find a request by searching or using a filter(s).
Note: To view all requests, in the column of your choice, click . In the filter (
) section, select Check All, and then click Filter.
- Click the Request ID for the request you want to delete.
- Select Actions > Delete.
- On the confirmation pop-up, click Yes.
- Click OK.
To mass delete requests:
- Select Requests > View All Requests.
Find a request by searching or using a filter(s).
Note: To view all requests, in the column of your choice, click . In the filter (
) section, select Check All, and then click Filter.
- Do one of the following:
- In the row of each of the requests you want to delete, select the checkbox.
- To select all items on a page or all items across all pages, click
at the top of the Select all column.
Note: After you click the drop-down ( ), a banner at the top of the page indicates the number of items selected. To remove the selection, click Clear in the banner.
Select Actions > Delete. A Delete - WARNING pop-up appears.
Note: Requests with logged labor hours, files, or transactions cannot be deleted.
- Type Delete into the text field.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK on the confirmation.
To view deleted requests:
Select Requests > Deleted Requests.
