The Dashboard menu option is visible to all users. The Dashboard has two different views based on user permissions.
The Requestor View
My Requests Tile
- Displays a count of all requests submitted by you with priority filters for urgent, high, medium, and low that will filter the listing of requests below.
Open Requests Tile
- Displays a count of all open requests you are associated with, which can mean being the requestor, assignee, additionally notified user etc.
Priority Filters
- Once a priority filter is applied, the background will highlight indicating an active filter is applied. If you'd like to remove that filter simply click the priority filter again
The Requests (Fiscal Year) List
- Displays the 10 most recently submitted requests in the current fiscal year for your district that you are associated with (this means being the requestor, assignee or on an approval path or additionally notified user) along with additional information on each row.
- To take action on any of the requestss, clicking on any of the requests will redirect you to that request detail page
My Assets
- Displays currently assigned assets to the logged-in user, along with additional information for the asset.
The Administrator View
My Requests Tile

My Open Assignments Tile
- Displays count of all open requests that you are currently assigned to
Pending My Approval Tile
- Displays count of all requests that are currently pending your approval

Note: This new dashboard view replaces the old dashboard view as of 10.28.24, The prior dashboard is now located in Reports -> Chart Report"
