Canned Responses will appear as a menu option within the Work Orders Menu page.
This page will be visible to users who have either of the following Work Order Permissions:

Assign WO to Others
-
Can Be Assigned WOs
Canned Responses
The Manage Canned Response page will be a centralized location for all users that have either of the 2 permissions above to add/edit/delete canned responses.
Each Canned Response will be available for all users that can view the Manage Canned Responses page
Adding a Canned Response
1. Select the "Add Response" button
2. Enter a name and a Response
3. Select Save
4. Your Canned response is now available to use!
Editing and Deleting Canned Responses
- Select the icon to edit an existing canned response
- Whenever an edit is saved, the "Last Updated" and "Last Update User" will update to reflect who made the last update and when.
- Select the icon to delete an existing canned response
- A confirmation prompt will display to confirm the deletion
Adding Canned Response to a Work Order
1. Navigate to a Work Order
2. Select from the Canned Responses dropdown below the Notes section on the work order
3. Once you select the canned response you want to use, the response will auto-populate in the notes textbox above
4. Select Save
5. Canned Response is added as a Note on the Work Order!
Creating a New Canned Response from a Work Order
1. Navigate to a work order
2. Add a Note in the notes area text box
3. Check the "Save as Canned Response" Checkbox
- Note: The Canned Response will get an Auto-Name that includes the Work Order's Purpose and Problem Type, if applicable. You can still edit the Auto-Name via the Canned Responses page
4. Select Save
5. Note is added to Work Order and the Note is now saved as Canned Response going forward.
