This article is going to provide a breakdown of the most commonly asked questions we get asked. The information below will help answer your question, and in addition, admins can post this to their district site if needed.
How do I submit a Work Order?
When logged into the system, users who can submit a work order will see the new request option at the top right of the page. You can contact your district facilities administrator if you don't see this option.
1. Select New Request.
2. If multiple options are applicable, choose the corresponding request type.
3. Fill out the information needed.
4. Click Submit Work Order.

How do I reset my password?
1. Go to your district's login page.
2. Select "Forgot Password"
3. Type in your email (ensure this is correct, or you will not get an email).
4. Click Send Reset Email.
Note: Check your spam and junk folder if you do not get an email.
5. Use the link in your email to change your password.
6. Go back to the login page and use your new password.
Note: Your district may be connected to Google SSO or LDAP Active Directory - If you get a message advising you to contact your admin, you will need to contact your tech team, as we cannot view or reset these passwords.

How do I respond to a Work Order?
1. Log into ML Work Orders.
2. Locate the Work Order.
3. Click on the Work order that you would like to respond to.
4. Click the Status Button and choose the new status.

How do I assign a Work Order?
1. Log into ML Work Orders.
2. Locate the Work Order.
3. Click on the Work order that you would like to assign.
4. Click the Status Button.
5 Click Assign, then pick the user you would like to assign it to.

1. Log into ML Work Orders.

3. Click on the Work order
4. Enter your note in the notes section, then click Save.
