Manage Issues Overview

Issues are problems that need to be accounted for and planned for in the future. For example, the facilities department may know that a certain piece of equipment or certain systems needs to be replaced within the next few years. ML Work Orders will allow the user to create an Issue to track how much it will cost to repair or replace the Issue and plan an estimated date of replacement so that the department can budget for the future.

Many districts have contractors that come into their buildings and perform building condition surveys. These contractors typically walk through the buildings and point out any issues that the districts need to be aware of. With the addition of Issues, ML Work Orders allows for an easy way to capture these Issues and plan for when they can be resolved in the future.
