The Asset Type Checkout Report shows which users:
- Have a specific asset type checked out to them.
- Do not have a specific asset type checked out to them.
- Have more than one of an asset type checked out to them.
The report lets users at the district quickly identify students without a Chromebook checked out to them, or which students have multiple Chromebooks checked out to them.
To view the Asset Type Checkout Report, select Reports > Asset Type Checkout Report. The report defaults to today's date.
To filter results:
- Click Filter in the upper left.
- Select the user roles and asset type.
- From the report type drop-down, select if you want users with zero, one, or many check outs.
- Select if you want to Include inactive users.
- Click View Report.
Click Actions > Export to Excel to get an Excel file, or Actions > Print PDF to print the report to a PDF.
To add or remove columns:
- Click Columns.
- To add a column, from the Unselected section, select the column you want to display and then click the right arrow.
- To remove a column, from the Selected section, select the column you want to remove and then click the left arrow.
- To change the order columns appear, drag and drop into the desired order.
- Click Save.
Click a column to sort it.
To filter a column:
- In the column you want, click

- Select the desired filters.
- Click Filter.
