Receiving Text Notifications

When using ML Work Orders there is now an option that will allow you to receive text notifications. The settings can be turned on in your profile. You can choose to receive notifications via email, text, or both. 

Text Notifications

Text message notifications apply to the Notifications settings in "Created By Others" and "Created By Me" Sections on the User Profile page

Note: For the Created by Others section, users must be either assigned to the work order or inventory requests, a part of the approval path, or added as additionally notified users to receive these notifications.

Below are the following Work Order Notifications that also send text messages:

1. Notify Work Order Assigned To You
2. Notify Work Order Pending Your Approval
3. Notify Of Canceled Work Orders
4. Notify Of On Hold Work Orders
5. Notify Of Updated Notes
6. Notify Of Closed Work Orders
7. Notify Of Completed Work Orders

Below are the following Inventory Request Notifications that also send text messages:

1. Notify Inventory Request Assigned To You
2. Notify Inventory Request Pending Your Approval
3. Notify Of Canceled Inventory Requests
4. Notify Of Updated Notes

Enabling the setting

1. Enable the setting under your profile by clicking your name at the top right of the page, and selecting profile.

2. Enter a Mobile Phone number

3. Select the text and/or Text (Only Urgent Work Orders) options.

4. Click Submit.
