Work Order Report
The work order report will provide an overview of every work order in the system within a given time period. The report can be filtered down if needed and exported to a PDF file or Excel File.
1. Click Reports > Work Order Report from the left-side navigation menu.
The report will be displayed.
2. Adjust the date range at the top and click the "View" button and the report will update.
3. Apply any filters you would like.
4. Click the Actions Button to choose how you would like to export your report.

Labor Report
The labor report will provide an overview of every work order in the system that has associated labor hours within a given time period. The report can be filtered down if needed and exported to a PDF file or Excel File.
1. Click Reports > Labor Report from the left-side navigation menu.
The report will be displayed.
2. Adjust the date range at the top and click the "View" button and the report will update.
3. Apply any filters you would like.
4. Click the Actions Button to choose how you would like to export your report.

Asset Report
The asset report will allow users to see the total number of work orders and total costs for each asset. The report can be filtered down if needed and exported to a PDF file or Excel File.
1. Click Reports > Asset Report from the left-side navigation menu.
The report will be displayed.
2. Apply any filters or search for the asset you would like to view.
3. Click the Actions Button to choose how you would like to export your report.

Inventory Received Report
This report will show the total number of inventory items received as well as the total cost of those items for a specific time period. The report can be filtered down if needed and exported to a PDF file or Excel File.

2. Adjust the date range at the top and click the "View" button and the report will update.
3. Apply any filters you would like.

Inventory Tracking Report
This report will show the total change in quantity for each inventory item used within a certain period. Each inventory item will display the total change and each individual change. The report can be filtered down if needed and exported to a PDF file or Excel File.
1. Click Reports > Inventory Tracking Report from the left-side navigation menu.
The report will be displayed.
2. Adjust the date range at the top and click the "View" button and the report will update.
3. Apply any filters you would like.
4. Click the Actions Button to choose how you would like to export your report.
