ML Work Orders™ K12 Maintenance Request Software allows for (8) different Work Order request Statuses.
- Pending Status– The Work Order request has been submitted and is awaiting approval from District Admin.
- Approved Status– The Work Order request has been approved by District Admin, but has not yet been assigned to a staff member.
- Assigned Status– The Work Order request has been assigned to a staff member.
- In Progress Status - The work has been started by the assigned user.
- Completed Status– The Work Order request has been completed by a staff member
- On Hold Status– The Work Order request has been placed on hold for various reasons such as pending funding, shipment of parts, a future time frame, etc.
- Closed Status– Districts utilize the Closed status if they want a higher supervisor to close out the work order after the assigned user has marked it as completed.
- Declined Status– The Work Order request was not approved by District Admin.
- Canceled Status– The Work Order request was canceled by either the Requestor or District Admin.
