ML Work Orders™ Users with Administrative Permissions have the ability to Manage Assets. 

Manage Assets

1.  Select Admin > Assets > Manage Assets

The Manage Assets page will be displayed. 

2. To add an Asset, select the Add Icon (.)

3. Select the Building and Space in which the Asset is located from the drop-down menus.

4. Select the Asset Type from the drop-down menu.

5. Enter all of the information related to the Asset in the given fields and upload an image of the Asset.

6. Enter a description or any other notes related to the Asset.

7. Select the Save button.
