ML Work Orders™ Users with Administrative Permissions have the ability to Manage Purposes, Problem Types, And Budget Codes


Manage Purposes (Optional):


1. Select Admin > District Setup > Manage Purposes.


The Manage My Purposes page will be displayed.


2. Select the (New Organization) Plus Icon to add a new Purpose.


3. Enter the Purpose name, select the Purpose Request Type, and select the Save button.



Examples of Purposes:

Event Setup
General Maintenance
General Grounds
Preventative Maintenance
Vandalism
Repair
Other
Safety
Supplies / Warehouse
Pickup / Delivery


4. Repeat Steps 1-3 for any new Purposes.


Manage Problem Types:


1. Select Admin > District Setup > Manage Problem Types.


The Manage Trades page will be displayed. 




2. Select the (New Organization) Plus Icon to add a new Trade.




3. Enter the name of the Problem Type, select the Type (Maintenance of IT), and select the Save button.

4. Repeat Steps 1-3 for any new Trades.


Manage Budget Codes:


1. Select Admin > District Setup > Manage Budget Codes


The Manage Budget Codes page will be displayed. 




2. Select the (New Organization) Plus Icon to add a new Budget Code.



3. Enter the Budget Code name, description, Budget Code Request Type, and select the Save button.



4. Repeat Steps 1-3 for any new Budget Codes.
